(hereinafter referred to as the Company), founded in 2003, is a mixed-ownership enterprise jointly invested by Jinma Energy (Hong Kong) Co., LTD., Ma 'anshan Iron & Steel Co., LTD., Jiangxi Pinggang Industrial Co., LTD., and Jiyuan Jinma Xingye Investment Co., LTD. In October 2017, the company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 6885.HK), which is the first enterprise in the same industry to be listed in Hong Kong. The company has been listed among the top 100 key enterprises in Henan Province and the top 100 private enterprises in Henan Province for many years.
The company is located in the Chemical Industry Park of Jiyuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It has more than 2,000 employees and covers an area of 1.4 million square meters. By the end of 2021, its total assets exceed 10 billion yuan. Over the years, the company has formed a vertically integrated business model along the coal chemical industry chain in the same park to achieve efficient utilization of resources and collaborative development of the industry, and has formed a complete industrial chain integrating coking, fine chemical, clean energy and comprehensive utilization of gas.
